Great White Construction is proud to present R+20 New Skyline — a bold 20+ story mixed-use tower designed to redefine urban living. Conceived in collaboration with ID-Indetails, this landmark development features a sweeping curved facade articulated by horizontal louvers, creating a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow across its surface.
As one of our most ambitious projects, R+20 New Skyline represents the convergence of architectural vision, structural innovation, and urban responsibility — a building designed not just to stand tall, but to stand apart.
A TOWER DESIGNED TO REDEFINE THE SKYLINE AND COMBINE URBAN LIVING WITH PRIVATE LUXURY.
Building Program
THE TOWER HOUSES RETAIL, OFFICE, PARKING, AND RESIDENTIAL SPACES ACROSS 20+ FLOORS.
The ground floor accommodates 9 retail units ranging from 80 to 144 square meters, complemented by a depot storage area — creating a vibrant commercial streetscape that activates the base of the tower.
Levels 1 and 2 are dedicated to structured parking, accommodating 60–65 vehicles per level, with a total capacity of 125 vehicles across the building.
Levels 3 through 5 house open-plan office spaces ranging from 230 to 370 square meters — flexible commercial floors designed for modern businesses and professional firms.
The upper floors transition into residential and mixed-use units, offering panoramic views and private terraces above the urban canopy.

THE CROWN OF THE TOWER IS AN INFINITY-EDGE POOL AND LANDSCAPED ROOFTOP TERRACE.
At the summit of R+20 New Skyline, a curated rooftop experience awaits. The infinity-edge swimming pool stretches across the terrace, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the city skyline — a defining feature of the building’s luxury positioning.
Surrounding the pool, shaded seating areas and a curated landscape of tropical palms create an elevated oasis above the urban fabric. A dedicated dining area with city views completes the rooftop program — ideal for residents and guests seeking a refined open-air experience.

Facade & Structure
HORIZONTAL LOUVERS WRAP THE BUILDING, CREATING RHYTHM AND DEPTH ACROSS THE CURVED GLASS FACADE.
The defining architectural gesture of R+20 New Skyline is its horizontal louver system — continuous bands of shading elements that wrap the full perimeter of the building. These louvers serve both aesthetic and functional roles, filtering light, reducing solar gain, and creating a dynamic play of shadow that shifts throughout the day.
Behind the louvers, full-height curved glass curtain walls define the tower’s transparent skin — maximizing natural light and panoramic views across every floor. At select terrace levels, integrated greenery spills from planters, softening the geometry and reinforcing the building’s dialogue with nature.
