Maresol
Mediterranean
dining
When Maresol’s founders approached Great White, they had a clear vision: a luxury Mediterranean restaurant in Mallorca that would feel as natural as the island itself.
The space needed to capture the warmth of coastal sunlight, the calm of the sea, and the energy of a world-class dining destination.
Our guiding principle was “light, material, and flow” — designing every detail to serve both beauty and purpose.
Maresol is more than a restaurant — it is an experience where Mallorcan tradition meets contemporary sophistication.
Nestled on the breathtaking coast of Mallorca, Maresol showcases the epitome of coastal sophistication and timeless elegance.
The restaurant spans 280 square meters of indoor-outdoor dining space, with a seamless transition between terrace and interior.
Every material was chosen for durability against salt air and sun — limestone, oak, brass, linen, and ceramic — designed to age gracefully over decades.
01. The Challenge
Whether lounging on the comfortable seating, preparing a meal in the sleek kitchenette, or retiring to the cozy sleeping area, every corner of this beautiful studio radiates tranquility and sophistication, offering a serene retreat in the heart of Mallorca’s enchanting landscapes.
Soft, neutral tones are juxtaposed with splashes of vibrant blues and greens, reflecting the island’s vibrant flora and crystal-clear waters.
Natural materials such as rattan, wood, and linen add warmth and texture, while carefully placed decorative elements celebrate Mallorca’s rich cultural heritage.

03. Color Palette
This palette draws from the Mallorcan landscape — sun-baked stone, coastal earth, and Mediterranean greenery. Each tone chosen to age gracefully alongside natural materials.
Warm, earthy hues create a cohesive atmosphere rooted in the island, avoiding coastal cliches in favour of timeless sophistication.
